Categories include:\n\n\n Business of the Year Awards Categories\n Women's Leadership Awards\n Livingston Future 5 Awards\n Community Leadership Awards\n\n\n \n\nNominating a business or your own business for Business of the Year?\n\nYou can nominate your own business or another business. Please note that once a business is nominated they will be required to complete a Business Overview to continue the award process. The Business Overview allows the business to tell its own story and successes highlighting each of the criteria listed below for each business. Once a nominee accepts the nomination\, the form for the Business Overview will be sent to the nominated business. Awards are judged by an independent group outside the state of Louisiana. All deadlines are firm and nominations will not be accepted after the deadline.\n\nPrevious winners must wait 7 years before eligibility is restored.\n\n \n\n1. Nominee must be an active business with a location in Livingston Parish.\n\n2. These awards were first introduced in 2017. To be considered for winners\, women are nominated and go through a nomination and application process. The applicants provide information on professional advancement. They are also judged on their community contributions and actions in mentoring other women. Award nominees are judged based on a balance of professional\, community and overall engagement in Livingston Parish. Nominees must live\, work and / or volunteer in Livingston Parish.\n\nNomination Form for Livingston Future 5 Awards Here\n\n\n\nSee Past Winners Here\n\n\n\n \n\nNON-PROFIT OF THE YEAR AWARD (COMMUNITY IMPACT AWARD)\n\n1. Nominee must be an active 501-C3 organization operating in Livingston Parish.\n\n2. Nominee must be a member in good standing with the Chamber of Commerce.\n\n3. Nominee must have been in operation for at least 3 years.\n\n4. Nominee must have shown exemplary support to Livingston Parish area\n\n5. Nominee must have demonstrated the following:\n\n\n Demonstrate outstanding contributions to the community or provide quantitative results of the initiative.\n Nominee must have shown the impact\, supporting data and needs of the organization's work.\n Nominee must have shown organizational excellence and responsibility to stakeholders.\n Mission statement of the non-profit organization must be provided.\n\n\n \n\nNomination Form for Community Impact Awards Here\n\n\n\nSee Past Winners Here
