Southside Jr High School Career Day

Looking to help guide the next generation? Reserve a spot at the Southside Jr High School Career Day! Businesses are invited to setup a booth where students can learn more about different careers. Booth spaces with power are available for demonstration exhibits and hands-on activities. There is also outdoor space available for larger displays or vehicles. Students will rotate through the booths, so we encourage participants to prepare a short "elevator pitch" about their career. You may also want to share things like what you enjoy about your job and steps students can take if they are interested in pursuing a similar path. 

The goal of the event is to introduce Southside Jr High School students to a variety of careers and help them become familiar with what each field involves.
