Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in growing sales, maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, and performing daily office and warehouse tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, can lift up to 50 lbs., and is comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Experience in safety, environmental, or industrial supplies is a plus but not required. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Process orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in general office duties, including data entry, filing, and customer follow-ups.
• Work in the warehouse as needed, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs.) as part of warehouse duties.
• Utilize computer systems for sales and order tracking (QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required).
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service. 

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Some experience with sales, customer service, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Comfortable using computers (QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required).
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Experience in safety, environmental, or industrial work is a plus but not required.
