Patriots RV Resort Set to Open May 22 in Livingston Parish

New Family-Friendly RV Destination Coming to Satsuma Just Off I-12

Patriots RV Resort, a new family-focused RV destination plans to open May 22, 2026,  in Satsuma, Louisiana, just off I-12 in Livingston Parish.
Designed as a one-of-a-kind RV experience for all ages, Patriots RV Resort will offer a wide range of amenities focused on recreation, relaxation, and community. The resort will feature a mini water park and lazy river, adult and kid pools with an outdoor kitchen and bar, an amphitheater for shows and concerts, and a variety of entertainment options for families.

Additional amenities at Patriots RV Resort include a game room and arcade, pickleball court, a fitness center, RV lots, cottages, laundry facilities, golf cart access, cornhole, putt-putt golf, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, RC boat racing, and spaces designed for both active fun and peaceful downtime.

They will have 12 cabins and over 200 RV spots available to start with.
