2021 Women's Leadership Award Winner, Lori Johnson
The Livingston Parish Chamber is proud to announce Lori Johnson as one of the 2021 Women's Leadership Award recipients.
PROFESSIONAL
Lori has been in the banking industry for 26 years, and currently serves as the Financial Center Manager for Hancock Whitney Bank in Denham Springs, LA. She has been in a managerial role since 2003 where she has won company excellence awards, with the most recent being Top Producing Financial Center in their market. In her position at Hancock Whitney, Lori educates women business owners on finances.
COMMUNITY
Lori is a graduate of the Chamber’s Leadership Livingston program where she served on a project group for litter awareness in Livingston Parish. She also serves as a Chamber Ambassador helping to welcome new members and make introductions. Lori has addressed and offers education components on the topic of bank fraud among the elderly.
MENTORING
Lori frequently supports Women-Owned businesses in Livingston Parish because she feels that seeing women in leadership roles, such as a business owner, helps to build community and sets an example for the next generation of women leaders. On Women’s Leadership in Livingston Parish, Lori believes the first step is to overcome unconscious bias and to promote women’s successes allowing them to be role models in our communities.
