800 Valentine’s Cards Collected for Livingston Parish Seniors Over 800 Valentine Day cards were donated to senior citizens in Livingston Parish as part of a community service initiative. The Arts Council of Livingston Parish’s long-awaited mural, spanning 70 feet of the exterior wall, is complete.
